
Access Information and Referral (AIR) is the centralized intake and referral point for all developmental services in Wellington County.
A Developmental Disability is a significant life-long limitation in intellectual and adaptive functioning. A psychological assessment documenting this diagnosis (IQ up to 70 or overall intellectual functioning at or below the 2nd percentile prior to the age of 18 as per the DSM- IV-TR) is required. A diagnosis within the Autism Spectrum also qualifies an individual for Developmental Services.
