Canadian Mental Health Association is a client-driven organization committed to helping individuals and families facing mental illness and developmental challenges. The team of compassionate staff and volunteers are dedicated to helping clients live life to the fullest. Trellis has programs specific to infants and young children, youth, adults, and seniors. Programs address all aspects of mental health (such as depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and psychosis) and developmental issues, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities across the lifespan, physical disabilities for children up to the age of 18, and children who are MFTD.
