Child and Parent Resource Institute (CPRI)

Services include:

  • Assessment, treatment, consultation, education & research for eligible children and youth with Attachment Disorder/Disturbance, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, Selective Mutism, sexual behaviours, and various emotional disorders, among others
  • Outpatient services, scheduled appointments at CPRI offices & short-term residential services


The Child and Parent Resource Institute (CPRI) provides voluntary services to children and youth from 0 – 18 years of age with complex mental health and/or developmental challenges on a short term residential and community basis. CPRI is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Children and Youth Services and their services are offered at no charge to eligible families.  Their mission is to enhance the quality of life of children and youth with complex mental health or developmental challenges and to assist their families so these children and youth can reach their full potential.
